Put your coordination to the test by designing and building your own electronic steady hand game. In this hands-on workshop, participants will shape a wire obstacle course and create a circuit that produces light or sound whenever the wand touches the wire.
As they build their game, participants will explore how electrical current flows through a circuit and discover how contact between two conductive materials can act as a switch. They will assemble and test their components, troubleshoot faulty connections, and refine the course to create the right level of challenge.
This workshop combines electronics, engineering, creative design, and physical coordination in an engaging and accessible activity. No prior experience is required, with guidance provided throughout the building process.
