Green Screen Animation

In this immersive workshop, participants, working in pairs, will create captivating animations inspired by the beauty of nature. Harnessing materials and imagery from the lush botanical gardens and tanks, this hands-on experience will empower participants with animation techniques, storytelling prowess, audio integration skills, and an added emphasis on the exciting realm of green screen animation.

Through this guided session, they'll develop short nature-focused narrative, design characters using natural elements, and refine their animations. The workshop sparks creativity while fostering a profound connection with the natural world. The workshop will finish with a showcase of participants' animations and reflections on the creative process.

This workshop is made possible through the support of Cairns Regional Council and Flame.arts.
