Operation Game

Step into the world of hands on electronics and game design as you build your own cardboard version of the classic Operation game. Using simple materials like cardboard, alfoil, wire and buzzers, you will create a working game board that lights up and makes sound when a circuit is completed.

Along the way, you will learn the basics of electrical circuits, how current flows, and how switches and connections work together to trigger the buzzer. Through designing, building and testing your game, you will develop problem solving skills while exploring real world STEM concepts in a fun and creative way.

This interactive workshop encourages experimentation, teamwork and creative thinking while turning everyday materials into a fully working electronic game.

This workshop is made possible through the support of Tablelands Regional Council.
