Straw Towers

The goblins are coming - and our animals need a safe place to hide! In this fun, hands-on workshop, kids will take on the challenge of building the tallest and strongest tower they can using only straws and tape. The tower must be sturdy enough to keep the animals safe while standing tall against the looming goblin threat!

Through this activity, children will explore the basics of engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork as they plan, test, and refine their designs. Will their towers rise high and stay strong, or collapse under the pressure?

This exciting challenge sparks creativity, encourages collaboration, and shows that science and imagination can go hand-in-hand. At the end, kids will walk away with new skills, big smiles, and the pride of knowing they built a tower to keep the animals safe!
