Super Spinner Showrides

In this dynamic session, kids will create a mini amusement park ride that spins with the pull of a string. Using a dowel wrapped in string, they’ll learn how to generate motion and control speed.

The challenge doesn’t stop there! Young engineers will be tasked with designing and implementing a safety system to ensure the ride’s occupants stay secure during the spin. This workshop is perfect for curious minds eager to explore physics, engineering, and safety design in a fun, hands-on environment!

This workshop is made possible through the support of Tablelands Regional Council.
